Cody Tafel serves as Head of TSW Strategic Advisory, working with private client relationships, endowments, foundations, and OCIO mandates. Cody’s focus is on asset allocation, investment strategy and business development. Cody brings extensive global market knowledge that helps our investment team and clients connect the dots between the macro environment and our security selection to construct portfolios. 

Alexandra McGuigan is the CEO and Founder of Inclusive Asset Management. Prior, she was the Global Development Director for 100 Women in Finance and was responsible for all business development and corporate engagement.

A sales and marketing strategist with a specialisation in alternative investments, Alexandra has successfully helped international fund managers navigate and develop a presence in the APAC region, raising over $2.5 billion AUM from institutional investors.

Darren has more than 10 years of development and investment experience in the infrastructure space looking at deals across both the developing frontier like Myanmar and Indonesia and developed markets, like Singapore, Japan and Australia. Prior to his current role, he was with SP Group, with a key portfolio to develop and invested into district level energy projects in Asia Pacific.

Bennett has almost a decade of Private Equity & Venture Capital, Investment Banking and Equity Research experience across the Technology, Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare and F&B sectors. He has executed over ~15 transactions with a combined value of more than ~US$400million. Bennett is currently an Investment Director with Velocity Ventures specializing in South East Asia growth equity investments.  

As Director of Client Relations at EQT Group, Eugene Hsieh, CAIA® serves as a consultant to RIAs, family offices, private banks, and other private wealth intermediaries on the subject of private markets and alternative investments.

He has gained broad experience over multiple asset classes and investment strategies during his time at Victory Capital, Natixis Investment Managers, and Putnam Investments where he served in similar roles.
